Description :
This machine is
suitable for Grinding, Beveling, Single O.G., Double O.G.,
Grinding, Pencil Edge, Both side Bevel, Liberty etc. Main
processing head fitted with sensor, encoder & D.R.O system
(mini screen). Beveling angle, wheel position and Glass speed can
be noted down from the screen in digital form.
Semi automatic machine with jointed arms for edging or beveling on
straight line or shape glass sheets without a template.
The face-plate is equipped with suckers, mounted on adjustable
arms. The glass is clamped by a vacuum pump with filters.
The base of electro-welded contains the motor-variator for
rotation of the suckers in direction and speed control. The
operating head and main both arms in light alloy with the spindle
separated from the motor allows for light alloy with the
spindle separated from the motor allows for high precision and
easy control by the operator.
Bevel and polishing wheels can be mounted side by side on the
spindle.
The machine is supplied with a water tank and pump for water
rotation.
It is possible to apply a pneumatic cylinder with pressure
regulation to allow the machines function automatically for round
glasses. The machine is supplied with water pump, vacuum pump and
electric panel. Water Tank Size 8'x8'x10", Power Load 3 KW,
Area Required 8x10 feet. |
